AccredHospi-Bénin
The hospital-accreditation platform born from my doctoral thesis, trialled in two teaching hospitals in Cotonou.
AccredHospi-Bénin is the direct extension of my thesis: to measure, then improve, the quality of hospital management. The platform turns accreditation frameworks into an assessment that teams can run themselves.
It was trialled at CHU-MEL and CNHU in Cotonou, in 2020, as part of the thesis defended the following year. It is the first project where medicine and code genuinely met — and the starting point for everything that followed.
