About

I am a Beninese physician. I studied medicine at the Faculty of Health Sciences (FSS) of the University of Abomey-Calavi, in Cotonou, where I defended my doctoral thesis on 29 March 2021 with the distinction Très Honorable and the jury’s congratulations. The thesis concerned a software tool for hospital accreditation, trialled in 2020 at CHU-MEL and CNHU in Cotonou. The tool became the AccredHospi-Bénin platform.

I taught myself to program during my medical studies: HTML and PHP, then React and Python. In 2019 I started my first blog, Beblog.

I chose nuclear medicine as my specialty. At the time there was no nuclear medicine training pathway in Benin. In February 2023 I began my specialisation at Bab El Oued University Hospital in Algiers: scintigraphy, PET/CT, metabolic radiotherapy and radioimmunoassays. As of 2026, I am completing my specialisation in nuclear medicine.

I hold the Master’s in Biophysics–Radiation Protection from the University of Abomey-Calavi, for which I defended my dissertation on 25 September 2026 (grade: Excellent, 18/20). I also have master’s-level training in medical informatics and health information systems from INSSA, Nazi Boni University, in Bobo-Dioulasso.

I am a founding member of Digital Health Bénin. I design and build websites and platforms for learned societies, medical congresses and health institutions. Since 2025 I have also designed, developed and run my own applications single-handed, including NucleAtlas, a nuclear medicine encyclopedia, and KoraKori and Invest-IA, two tools for the regional stock exchange (BRVM).

My aim is to practise nuclear medicine in Benin.
